Job Overview

Voyage is looking for an experienced and passionate Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy and management efforts. As CFO, you will work closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability to support the company's long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related majors.
At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including more than 5 years of senior management experience.
Successful financial management experience in the technology or software industry, especially in a fast-growing corporate environment.
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Have a keen insight into industry trends and market changes, and be able to adapt quickly to changes.
Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and guide team members.

Annual Salary

$300,000/year - $350,000/year

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Management:
Oversee the company's financial operations to ensure effective management and use of funds.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve financial transparency and compliance.

Strategic Planning:
Work with the CEO and other executives to develop the company's financial strategy and annual budget plan.
Ensure that the financial strategy is aligned with the company's overall strategy to promote business growth and profitability.

Performance Monitoring:
Set key financial indicators (KPIs), monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Report financial status and performance results to the CEO and the Board of Directors on a regular basis.

Team Management:
Lead and develop the finance team to ensure professional growth and high performance of team members.
Establish effective communication and collaboration channels to enhance overall team performance.

Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks and develop appropriate risk management strategies.
Ensure the company complies with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

Investment Management:
Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial analysis, and make strategic recommendations.
Oversee fund raising and capital structure optimization to ensure financial flexibility.
